Each morning we chop, dice and slice our veggies to make sure that your toppings are fresh, crisp and delicious. All of our cheeses are hand sliced in house. From Provolone to Chipolte Gouda, we have a cheese choice for everyone, 10 cheese varieties!!! For our meats, we did not cut any corners. We proudly serve Boar’s Head Sweet Ham, Oven Roasted Turkey, Roast Beef Fliet (Medium Rare) and Blazing Buffalo Chicken. For our Italian meats (Genoa Salami and Hot Capicola), we source them out of the northeast. Our tuna is made from scratch in-house using albacore tuna, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mayo.
